Mr Hiroshi KASUKAWA – Business Development Manager , NTT Docomo
Mr. Hiroshi Kasukawa has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of NTT and NTT DOCOMO business including 4 years in France with the Paris representative office. He joined NTT DOCOMO in 2003 and has been working mainly in global business. Currently, he has been in charge of business development, collaborating with prospective overseas companies including Twitter, Rovio.
As the manager of a business development team at NTT DOCOMO, he is responsible for finding potential venture companies internationally, particular in Silicon Valley.
He is looking forward to collaborating with new and exciting companies from around the world and helping them to find success in the Japanese market together with NTT DOCOMO.
Mr Pierre MUSTIERE - CEO, BOUYGUES Asia
Pierre MUSTIERE is born in 1976. He is a graduate from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Tokyo. He spent all his carreer in in Japan, where he lives since 1998. Pierre is married and has a daughter. In 2001, he joined the Tokyo office of UBISOFT to develop the Japanese affairs of what became GAMELOFT (mobile games). In 2002, he became a consultant for the group JITEX, specialized in telecommunications, He then moved on to become the manager of the three Asian offices of JITEX (Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo).
He joined BOUYGUES TELECOM in 2006, and was immediately detached to the Japanese mobile carrier NTT DOCOMO, where he worked successively on mobile payment and new platforms such as Android. He took the head of the Representative office in Japan of BOUYGUES TELECOM at the end of 2009 and became in 2014 the CEO of BOUYGUES ASIA, a 100% subsidiary of BOUYGUES S.A., the holding company of the BOUYGUES Group.
Mr Nicolas LOEILLOT – LM3LABS
Nicolas Loeillot, founder and CEO of LM3LABS brings 20 years of expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship in Japan. Nicolas has spent the last decade inventing interactive technologies for Fortune 100 companies. He is used to worldwide “firsts”. He recently launched the first TV program recognition technology for smartphone.
In 2010, he founded the Tokyo Interaction Center, a private incubator, in central Tokyo, focused on early stage technologies. Nicolas Loeillot received an engineering and business education (MBA). In his earliest career years, he pioneered in R&D departments of companies like Accenture or Nortel Networks preparing the digital world we do enjoy today.
Mr Stéphane ZADOUNAÏSKY – CEO, Next Level Japan
Stéphane is a Frenchman based in Tokyo, specialized in IT, Consumer Electronics, and Mobile Sales. With 15+ years of experience in the field, 10+ of which in Japan, Stéphane has contributed to the growth of a number of prestigious companies in the region. He founded Next Level Japan in 2010 as a consulting firm helping foreign companies maximize their Japanese and Asian business.
Next Level is now also present in Korea and Australia. Before founding Next Level, he was the Country Manager at LaCie Japan, a worldwide leading hard disk and computer peripherals manufacturer, now part of the Seagate Group. Stéphane also held positions at Apple France and Apple Europe (10 years), Google, NEC and the Lagardere Group.
Mr Joël GAY – Business Development Consultant
Joel Gay brings more than 25 years of expertise in IT (software) business and partnership development, out of which 20 years of experience in Japan. His experience ranges from market creation for emerging B2B software (optimization tools, business rules management systems…) to new product introduction in existing markets (supply chain management, core systems for property & casualty insurance, etc.). Joel has a deep understanding of the local B2B software market, and of its prominent players (Japan computer manufacturers, system integrators, consulting companies).
During his career with Bull, ILOG, IBM and Guidewire, Joel has held management roles that covered alliances management, inbound and outbound marketing, as well as sales.
Mr Francis PERRIN – Founder of M Dot Partners
Francis Perrin currently runs M Dot Partners, a Tokyo-based consulting boutique specialised in digital innovation. He is also Iris Capital’s Venture Partner in Japan and Korea.
From 2005 to 2013, he managed the Business Intelligence & Partnership activities of Orange Labs Tokyo. Previously he worked at Wanadoo France (France Telecom ISP) as Strategic Partnership Manager and prototyped new connected services in collaboration with Sony, Microsoft or Danone. In 1998 he participated to the launch of the online gaming platform GOA and developed the first pan-European Massively Multiplayer community. Prior to joining Orange, Francis was a starting member of MultiMania, the first French internet media company to IPO.
Francis holds a master’s degree of Communication (DEA). He graduated from the European Commission Executive Training Program in 2005.
Mr Nicolas DI COSTANZO – President at 3goo K.K.
Nicolas is the President and founder of 3goo K.K., an interactive agency. Nicolas’s 20 years in the interactive industry included working as GM of Electronic Arts Japan Mobile/Online, Managing Director at Vivendi Universal Games Japan and COO of Atari’s local subsidiary. Nicolas developed an extended knowledge of the local digital markets and its prominent players. Nicolas was responsible for the release of several major interactive titles in packaged goods, online and mobile, and has an operational understanding of local distribution channels. He has a strong background in business development and extensive experience in contract negotiations with local industry operators.
Nicolas is an alumni of Institut Supérieur de Gestion and Northwestern Kellogg’s School of Management.
Mr Ikuo HIRAISHI - Co Founder and CEO of Sunbridge Ventures
Ikuo Hiraishi is the president and CEO of SunBridge GV Inc. since he co-founded it in 2012. He has more of 20 years of experience in the Internet related business; including working at Web Crew Ltd, founding Interscope Inc. and selling it to Yahoo Japan, co launching Internet Research Forum of Japan. He also co launched in cooperation with Mr. Takeuchi of Venture Now, the "Innovation Weekend", a pitch event and networking platform for early stage worldwide startups and angel investors.
In addition, he presently serves as visiting professor at Hosei University Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA), and outside directors of several startups.
Firmly maintaining his foundational vision of “producing 'global challengers' who create 'global innovations' that inspire 'courage and confidence' and give 'hope' to society", he conducts his work with strong professional vigor.
Mr Olivier MOUROUX – CEO Asiance
Olivier is the CEO and co-founder of Asiance, a Digital Marketing Agency based in Seoul. He has spent the last 15 years in Asia with a 2 years experience in China and 13 years experience in Korea.
Graduate from IAE de Lyon and Aix-en-Provence in Information System Management, he previously worked as a Marketing and technical Director for Travelinchina.com in Beijing and as an IT attaché for the French Embassy in Seoul
Olivier is one of the most successful French entrepreneurs in South Korea and has made his company a landmark in Asian markets, offering a full range of online marketing services, from strategy and market trends analysis to online campaigns creation and management.
Mr Danny Sangyong HAN – Senior Manager Orange Labs Seoul
Danny has been in charge of Orange Labs operations in South Korea for more than 10 Years and has developed an extensive understanding of the Korean telecommunication industry.
His knowledge led him to run Korean operations for the Orange Fab initiative where he will scout Korea’s most promising IT start-ups to build projects within Orange group.
Ms Tae-Kyoung LEE – IT consultant
Former Head of IT/Innovation department at the French Embassy ‘s Trade Agency for more than 20 years, Tae-Kyoung developed an unmatched knowledge and network within the Korean IT industry. She successfully advised and assisted hundreds of French companies over the years.
Thanks to her bi-cultural background, she has an unparalleled ability to assess the potential of any company who wants to penetrate the Korean market.
Mr Jinsoo KIM, Phd – co-CEO Becurio Seoul
Jinsoo got a Ph.D from Yonsei University in Human-Computer Interaction in Cognitive Science.
Jinsoo was at the head of several big tech companies such as YES24 (#1 online book seller in Korea), education companies (KG Passone and McGraw-Hill Education Korea) and has worked for Yahoo! Korea Representative at different level: Director, Vice President and Representative Director. Jinsoo then joined Becurio, a company specialized in creating differentiated search engines with best performances. Becurio is pride to have for customer Samsung (Securities, SDS, Electronics) amongst others.
Becurio won the WIPO Award and Gold medal at 2013 Korea Invention Patent Exhibition and Seoul International Patent Exhibition.
