Aymeric de Reyniès began his career in 1997 at the Ministry of Defence.

In 2003, he joined CACIB as Corporate Relationship Manager within French Regions Division managing a portfolio of large corporate clients and public companies.

In 2005, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of CACIB Yemen in charge of the corporate activities.

In 2008, he joined Banque Saudi Fransi (33% owned by CACIB) in Riyadh as Deputy Treasurer. He was particularly responsible for the Sales teams and the structuring desk for hedging and investments products and services.

In 2012, he was appointed as SCO of CACIB Algeria.

From 2014 to early 2019, he was Chief Executive Officer of Union de Banques Arabes et Françaises (U.B.A.F.), an ECB regulated bank 47% owned by CACIB and 53% by 19 Arab countries through central banks or large Public banks. U.B.A.F. Fitch rating is A- with a long term IDR outlook: stable. It operates from Paris and through its branches in Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo and representative offices in Dhaka, Algiers, Cairo and Dubai.

In February 2019 he was appointed as Advisor to the Executive Management of CACIB before being nominated as SCO of CACIB India as of the 3rd of September 2019.


Aymeric is a graduate from the Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint Cyr and he has a Master Degree from HEC Paris.
