CARDIORENAL was founded end of 2012 by Professors Faiez Zannad and Patrick Rossignol from Nancy Teaching Hospital. CardioRenal has developed HomeHeart which is a unique Telemedicine loop aiming at adapting Heart Failure therapy in real time. HomeHeart targets patients when they are back home after a heart failure congestive event which led them to hospital. HomeHeart is a point of care measuring actionable patient biomarkers at home and on a daily basis. HomeHeart sends the values by internet to a proprietary Clinical Decision Support Software. This Clinical Decision Support Software then makes a recommendation to the treating physician using patient history and biomarker value trends. The treating physician ultimately decides or not to adapt the patient medication.
