He advises multinational companies, SME’s and start-ups doing business or establishing presence in Europe and Korea and assists them in their development. He is the Honorary Chairman of the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea.

Gilles Fromageot is currently the President & CEO of AXA General Insurance Korea, a EUR 0.6bn revenues, 1,800 employees non-life insurer. Previously, Gilles has had various executive experiences in France, Spain and Korea. As a CEO, his goal has been to transform AXA Korea into a truly innovative, data-driven and successful franchise, focusing on Health & Protection business. In addition to his role at AXA, he is also the vice-Chairperson of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea and a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors. Before joining AXA in 2007, Gilles was an auditor and consultant at the French firm Mazars. Gilles holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech and an Executive MBA from IE Business School.

He is responsible for technology scouting and collaboration with startups, academia, company, etc. especially in the early phase of collaboration.
Mr. Miyake has experience in medical device R&D and Intellectual Property (Former IP Manager and US registered Patent Agent (37 CFR$11.9(b)) for Gyrus ACMI Inc., affiliate of Olympus Corporation for 5 years since 2011) and is approaching innovative technologies and solutions from the two aspects, engineering and IP.

Jean-Michel MOLLIER graduated in Japanese Studies from INALCO, he got a degree in economics at IEP Grenoble (Grenoble Political Studies Institute) and PhD in Political Sciences at IEP Aix-en-Provence.
He first came to Japan in 1983. In 1990, he joined Entreprise Rhône-Alpes International and for the next 24 years, he helped several hundreds French SMEs to get into the Japanese market and develop their business.
In 2015, Jean-Michel MOLLIER founded Cetanā, a consulting company based in Tokyo that specializes in medical devices and equipment and Silver Economy.

Mr SOYAMA Akihiko
Aki has been President and CEO of LINK-J since its foundation in 2016.
Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Director at METI (GOJ), project manager at Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo, Vice President/General Manager at Johnson and Johnson Japan, President at Biotronik Japan and President at Haemonetics Japan.
Aki holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS (Physics) from University of Tokyo. Aki also serves as a lecturer at University of Tokyo and a life science related committee member of MHLW (GOJ), METI (GOJ), a local government, etc.
