Desiree Matloob has been working in health technology innovation for the past 7 years across both health insurance, provider, and governmental institutions. In her current role at Humana, the second largest Medicare Advantage health plan in the U.S., she focuses on solutions that reimagine health for aging populations and their care teams, with a particular focus on behavioral health, social determinants of health, and enabling healthy aging in place. Prior to Humana, she worked on startup and industry partnerships at UCSF’s Center for Digital Health Innovation and headed the healthcare vertical for the Israeli Government’s Economic Mission to the West Coast.
