Martin joined the German Tech Team in 2018 following different roles in the UK, Switzerland and Northern France. There, he had the opportunity to help and advise digital companies from Euratechnologies. He has worked for Business France since 2013. 

Senior Trade Development Adviser
Etienne joined the team of Business France Düsseldorf in 2014. Throughout his path within Business France, he had the opportunity to support with success start-ups and SMEs from different areas (retail, franchise, marketing & communication solutions, corporate learning, edtech, fintech, silver economy, business services, electronics and photonics) and to build a strong network of German decision-makers. Etienne is fluent in German and expert in intercultural aspects and how to do business in Germany.

Born and grown in Bavaria, David is our “local de l’étape”. After working for years for a software company based in Southern France, David joined Business France in 2011. Since thenhe expanded his network with local big players such as Deutsche Telekom, SAP or Gigaset.

Communications Department

Prior to joining the Press & Communications team, Martin worked for over 25 years as a journalist in Germany for press agencies, newspapers, magazines, the trade press, WDR-TV (a German public television channel), radio stations and web portals.

He is head of the press and communication team of Business France since 2006.
