May-June 2021: On-Demand Masterclasses

On-demand masterclasses on “How To Build A Go To Market Strategy In The UK and Ireland”.

One-hour video for each module of the Mentor and Expert Phase: Target Market, Value Proposition, Fundraising, Ecosystem, Marketing and Resources available on an interactive platform.

21-23 June 2021: Mentor and Expert Phase (online)

2 one-to-one sessions for each of the 3 following mandatory modules :

  • TARGET MARKET: Identify and understand your market with experts from your technology or industry
  • VALUE PROPOSITION: Find your USP and adapt your pitch with a CTO or an Innovation Director
  • MARKETING: Best strategies for a successful marketing & comms plan, Dos & Don’ts / Budgets
21-24 September 2021: Mentor and Experts Phase in London (face-to-face) during London Tech Week

2 one-to-one sessions for each of the 3 following modules :

  • ECOSYSTEM: make the most of the local Ecosystem and network. Access to a list of acceleration programmes and clubs and meet the main networks to connect with
  • FUNDRAISING: understand how the fundraising ecosystem works and prepare to pitch (optional but highly recommended)
  • RESOURCES: HR and culture – recruiting and leading a team (optional but highly recommended)
September 2021: Business Development Booster Cohort revealed at a large networking event

Major networking event to meet the ecosystem and the programme stakeholders.

The 6 companies selected for the Business Development Booster Phase unveiled.

End of September 2021: Start of the Business Development Booster Phase

Start of the Business Development Booster Phase (exact start date depends on when the company is ready).

A Business France Trade Adviser will work ½ day a week for 4-6 months to contact potential clients and partners.

January-February 2022: End of the Programme

You will remain a member of our community for 3 years (renewable)!

Your logo will appear on our UK and Irish website and you will be added to a group chat with all our alumni.
