When the vibrant French Retail Tech ecosystem
meets innovation-driven British retailers!

 

 

France gathers a powerful ecosystem in the Retail Tech industry with more than 1,300 innovative companies who have raised €275 million in the first semester of 2018 alone. According to Spring Invest, €801 million has been invested in 210 operations since early 2017 – the average round of fundraising amounting to €5.7 million.

Innovation is key to retailers. We are in an age where it’s a struggle to maintain profits and retain customers who are easily swayed by new giant online pureplayers. British retail is no exception. The 2nd European retail market is also Europe’s leading e-commerce market where households spend on average £4,600 annually on online purchases. Online retail sales are predicted to make up around 18% of all retail sales by the end of the year. It is therefore no surprise that British retailers have prioritised e-commerce, customer experience and mobile in terms of investment for the year 2018, according to Retail Week.

French Retail Tech start-ups understand what is at stake and offer solutions that best fit retailers’ needs:
– customer acquisition and loyalty solutions
– logistics and delivery solutions
– data analytics solutions for a more personalised offering
