Chantal WILK and Jean TATIN took over the family farm belonging to Jean’s father, Raymond TATIN, in 1988.
They participate in the renewal of A.O.C QUINCY. The vineyard of Quincy is, in 2016, planted on nearly 300 ha of Sauvignon Blanc. Subsequently, in 2002, they created Les Demoiselles Tatin, a vineyard that plants on Reuilly. This A.O.C extends over 250 ha, Pinot noir for red, Pinot gris for rosé and Sauvignon for white. Maroussia, their youngest daughter joined them in 2010, and with her they decided to plant Pinot gris and Pinot blanc to develop a sparkling natural: Mam’Zelles Bulles.
