The Vacqueyras appellation, a cru since 1990, produces red Vacqueyras (94%), white Vacqueyras (5%) and rosé Vacqueyras (1%). The appellation represents 1460 hectares of vineyards, 230 families of producers and a diversity of soils and terroirs. The red Vacqueyras have a beautiful aromatic fullness with notes of red and black fruits, spices and licorice, whereas the white Vacqueyras are enthusiastic, balancing a fullness and freshness with notes of white fruits, floral aromas, a touch of citrus and exotic fruits.
